From Employee to Entrepreneur: the mindset shift

I have myself successfully made this transition, opening my company after 25 years as a corporate senior executive. I would like to share this knowledge that I have gained, of what has been the most demanding and most existing part of my career.

In this hands-on workshop, we will explore what it truly takes to transition from having ideas to creating a profitable business. You will learn about the entrepreneurship mindset, and build the confidence to act without fear. Through shared experiences and guided exercises, we will uncover the habits and beliefs that keep you in employee mode and replace them with entrepreneurial thinking focused on vision, agility, and self-leadership. And we will start launching your company in this workshop.

In this workshop, we will leverage practical tools to best prepare for your entrepreneurial journey — a mindset shift that transforms not only how you work, but how you successfully lead your own path forward.
