Get to know what mobility really is and how incorporating it into your life can be a game-changer.
In this dynamic session (or you can change it to a lecture or talk) we'll explore in a simplified yet science-based way the body and its performance.
Participants can wear comfortable clothing in which they feel comfortable. There will only be light exercise, so no one will break a sweat. Anyone who would rather just watch and drink coffee is welcome to do so. It is important that people select 18 November in the course schedule to make the booking.
